→Mechanism of cell injury following different Characteristics features by various agents.
1️⃣ ATP depletion (Adenosine triphasphate)
2️⃣ Mitochondrial damage
3️⃣  Increase Ca  entry 
4️⃣ Defect in membrane permeability
5️⃣ Accumulation of reactive O₂ species (R.O.S.)
6️⃣Misfolded Protein & DNA damage

After formation of bleb in membrane or damage membrane they cause mainly three factor.
1) Mitochondrial membrane damage 
2) plasma membrane damage 
3) lysosomal membrane damage 
5️⃣ Accumulation of reactive O₂ species (R.O.S.)
 ☆ ROS are oxygen derived free radicals.
☆ Free radicals are special type of molecules that have an unpaired electron in outer orbit.
☆ Free radicals are reactive with carbohydrate, protein, lipid and caused to injury of cell.
6️⃣Misfolded Protein & DNA damage
☆ proteins are synthesised in Ribosomes but after being synthesised they fold them self in different three dimensional architecture. 
☆ Some time they folding into abnormally either due to some problems in the genes responsible for those protein.
☆ These Misfolded Protein containing cells can't function properly and they will get injured and they will die.
